How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Crimesrelationships Tree Service has no crews on your property. When you reach out, you are put in touch with an independent tree removal provider in our network. That provider is the business that visits your home, writes the quote and does the work.

Providers differ in size, equipment and schedule. That is why we suggest talking to more than one.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a few simple questions:

  • Where is the tree, and how close is it to the house, fences or wires?
  • How tall does it look, and how wide is the trunk?
  • What signs worry you? Dead branches, cracks, leaning, mushrooms at the base or new soil heaving.
  • Do you also want the stump ground?

Photos help. The provider may then offer a visit or a rough price range. A firm price usually comes with a written quote.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list keeps the conversation fair and clear:

  • Can I get the quote in writing, with each item listed?
  • Does the price include cleanup, hauling and wood chips?
  • Is stump grinding included or priced on its own?
  • Do you carry insurance, and can you show proof?
  • How will you protect my lawn, roof and septic or sump lines?
  • What could change the price on the day?

If one quote is much lower than the rest, ask what is left out.

You Are in Control

A request does not lock you in. You can say no, wait, or ask another provider. Take your time, unless a limb is hanging over the house or a tree is down. Then ask about emergency tree removal and storm tree clearance, and ask what is safe to do while you wait.

Spot It Early

Small signs often cost less to fix than big failures. A dead branch can be trimmed. A whole dead tree over a roof is a larger and riskier job. Asking early is a way to plan before the storm.
