Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Crimesrelationships Tree Service wants people of all abilities to be able to use crimesrelationships.garden. This statement shares how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the whole site with only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If You Need Another Way
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@crimesrelationships.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@crimesrelationships.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making it better.
Tell us what happened
